- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your commercial account credentials and password.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate commercial wholesale accounts, or cancel bulk orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or inaccurate corporate business data is provided.
3. Accuracy of Pricing, Products, & Billing
Prices for our products (including brands like CP Plus, Hikvision, etc.) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Taxation: All commercial orders are subject to relevant Indian tax laws, specifically GST. Valid B2B tax invoices will be generated only against verified GSTIN numbers provided at the time of purchase.

All online financial transactions, credit card operations, net banking, and UPI payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
